The OvrC team will perform planned maintenance on a portion of our servers between 10:00 PM on Tuesday, March 10th and 12:00 AM ET on Wednesday, March 11th (2 hours). We will simulate a provider outage to validate our disaster recovery processes and identify areas for improvement. This exercise continues our investment in making OvrC more reliable and resilient for our users.
This may briefly impact Partner access but will not impact the local network or customers’ systems, as there are no changes to the OvrC agent or devices monitoring the network.
We don’t expect any significant interruptions to service during this time, but there could be intermittent performance degradations during the maintenance window. Potentially impacted features are:
* Log in/Log out, including OvrC web and mobile apps, OvrC Connect, Luma/Luma View * Device notifications * Slow page loading times
