The OvrC team will be performing planned maintenance on a portion of our servers between the hours of 3:00 am and 5:00 am ET on March 20th, 2024 to simulate an outage by the service providers we use to deliver the OvrC platform.

This may briefly impact Partner access but will not impact the local network or customers’ systems as there are no changes to the OvrC agent or devices monitoring the network.

This exercise is a continuation of our investment to make OvrC more reliable and resilient for our users. As part of this exercise, we will be simulating an outage on a portion of our system to test an outage in one of our geo redundant zones within the AWS US region. Additionally, we will run these tests once a quarter going forward to ensure reliability without any planned impact to our Partners.

During this time, we don’t expect there to be any significant interruptions to service but there could be intermittent performance issues during the maintenance window. Potential impacted features are:

* Log in/Log out including OvrC web and mobile apps, OvrC Connect, Luma/Luma View
* Device notifications
* Slow page loading times
