On Wednesday, January 7, 2022, at 00:00 EST, Snap One will deploy a series of infrastructure improvements to improve our stability and resiliency. These improvements lessen the risk and impact to Snap One’s cloud with regional outages, such as the Dec-7 Amazon AWS event. We will perform this change in iterative steps that carefully move customers from existing to improved infrastructure. It’s expected that this deployment will last for 3 hours.
