Our teams will perform planned maintenance on our Intercom Anywhere service on July 30th from 12:00 AM ET to 01:00 AM ET. This maintenance will include migrating our database and upgrading the engine for improved performance and security.
Intercom Anywhere (e.g., intercom calls to a mobile device) will be unavailable during this time. Local intercom calls (calls made to touch panels) will continue to work. We do not expect any other impact on our services besides remote calls not working.
We have chosen this time and date to minimize the impact on our customers, but we recognize that some systems may be affected during this time. We therefore ask our partners to communicate this impact to their customers so they are aware of the service disruption.
