We will conduct a maintenance update Control4 Customer Portal at customer.control4.com on July 6, 2023, starting at 3:30 PM (MT), and it is expected to last 30 minutes. This update is focused on enhancing the reliability and performance of our portal.
We don't expect there to be any impact on the portal. However, should you encounter issues accessing certain features or pages, simply refreshing the page or logging back into the portal should resolve any temporary disruptions.
No action is required from our partners or customers, and your Control4 devices and services will remain fully functional during this update.
