We will be performing a maintenance update on our Intercom Anywhere service that will improve our ability to track issues and improve connection reliability. During this time, Intercom Anywhere calls may be impacted, and users may experience dropped calls or intermittent connectivity. The maintenance is expected to last for less than 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 2:30 AM EST on February 1st. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to improve the service.
Please note that during the maintenance window, the service will be restarted. Once the maintenance is complete, the service will be back online and fully operational.
