Control4 Cloud Services Stability Improvements
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Snap One
Completed
Control4 Cloud Services are stable. We will closely review what occurred and adjust course before a future improvement attempt. We apologize for any negative impacts.

Some customer controllers may not automatically reconnect to the cloud. OS 3.2.4+ will reconnect within 1 hour. Older OS will reconnect steadily in subsequent hours. If necessary a controller restart will force a reconnection.

Update
Maintenance will begin as scheduled on Wednesday January 5th at 21:30 US EST.

For this maintenance Snap One will deploy infrastructure changes to improve cloud stability, performance, and resiliency. These improvements lessen the risk and impacts of Snap One’s cloud to regional outages, such as the Dec-7 Amazon AWS event.

We will perform these changes in iterative steps that carefully move customers from existing to improved infrastructure. We have planned this effort to have no impact.

Action Required
No customer or partner action is anticipated. If an unforeseen impact does occur the issue should self heal within minutes. We will share updates on status.snapone.com.
