The OvrC team will perform planned maintenance on a portion of our servers between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM ET on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, to simulate an outage by the providers we use to deliver our services.

This may briefly impact Partner access but will not impact the local network or customers’ systems, as there are no changes to the OvrC agent or devices monitoring the network.

This exercise continues our investment in making OvrC more reliable and resilient for our users. As part of this exercise, we will simulate an outage on a portion of our system and validate our failover capabilities. Additionally, these tests will be run once a quarter to ensure reliability without any planned impact on our Partners.

We don’t expect any significant interruptions to service during this time, but there could be intermittent performance issues during the maintenance window. Potentially impacted features are:

* Log in/Log out, including OvrC web and mobile apps, OvrC Connect, Luma/Luma View
* Device notifications
* Slow page loading times
